I took my truck in after I noticed unusual smoke from my exhaust. Vu checked it out and provided a very detailed diagnosis of what was going on. I was expecting something much worse but thankfully Vu reassured me that I just needed to drive the truck more. He did recommend that I look out for some preventative maintenance sometime down the road but I was good to get back on the road that day. What a great experience! I was on a cross country road trip and my car had a serious issue. The owner dropped everything and took care of me right away. Great service, great price and great care.
I don’t even know where to start, as I don’t typically leave reviews. But the customer service I received was too great to not comment. I had gone here years back and now that I’m back in the area I brought my Honda Pilot in to see Vu! For starters he got me in right away, and less than 24 hours he had the diagnostics done, parts repaired and fixed and called to have me pick up my vehicle by lunch time.
