My daughter and I made eyebrow appointments about a month ago. When we walked in there wasn't anyone at the front desk. There was a man cutting someone's hair in the first stall area but he didn't speak. After 20 minutes had passed a lady came up and apologized stating person we had an appointment with had left her phone at home and went back to get it.
