At ;least with my experience I have had a lot of feedback on questions and concerns on investing in a food truck. They seem to have certain roles for different stages of inquiry and admitted have been transferred a few times especially if I ask a question whoever doesn't know the proper answer I didn't get a "um I think" answer so really didn't mind the transfers.
Quick to respond to questions - understanding it takes time to build a custom truck - but rather be asked what specs and recommendations on what I may or may not need as opposed to some vendors just want to make "what you asked" with out any proper feedback.. great experience so far!
I recommend this place 100% Because, It was one of the best experience to work with this people at " One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment, is magic been in the place and by knowing now and have the chance to talk directly with the owner every day if I need to, is an opportunity that you don't find on any other companies out there, all ways is a manager or a supervisor that come to talk to you before you have a chance to talk to the owners. .
