I highly recommend One Family Fitness if you are serious about improving your health and fitness! It's a friendly and welcoming members only gym, open 24/7. Coaches Dino and Jen are fantastic and have years of experience in the industry, including competitive bodybuilding and power lifting. They offer training programs via their Build System app (has free trial), as well as virtual or in person coaching. Whatever your goals are, they will help you achieve them. Simple equipment, not too busy to access equipment when I workout
Great atmosphere. Dino and Jen are very encouraging and supportive. I started my journey last summer and within the first week noticed significant reduction to all the general aches and pains AND more power with my golf swing:) Adding strength training to my weekly routine has really helped me enjoy the many other activities I love to do. Thank you to the one family fitness team!
