Simple equipment, not too busy to access equipment when I workout
Great atmosphere. Dino and Jen are very encouraging and supportive. I started my journey last summer and within the first week noticed significant reduction to all the general aches and pains AND more power with my golf swing:) Adding strength training to my weekly routine has really helped me enjoy the many other activities I love to do. Thank you to the one family fitness team!
Just over a year and a half ago my wife got us going to the gym. Now, I'm not a gym person or even that social a person. In younger days, I ran 1/2 marathons and cycled because I loved the solitude. Day 1, my impression of what a gym could be was totally changed. We worked with coach Dino with a custom designed training program based on an evaluation of our current strength and fitness level.
