The dentist I saw was great, professional, and knowledgeable. My rating is more about the facility and business practices. There is no signage for the facility. No indications from the exterior on whether you are in the right place or not. No references for parking. Once you are in the building and head to the correct floor, again there is no signage outside of the suite on the wall to indicate where the office is. Dr. Al-Hassany got me through an oral surgery procedure I had long delayed. He has a reassuring presence that put me at ease. I would highly recommend him for patients who are fearful of having dental work.
I had and excellent experience and would highly recommend! They very kindly stayed late in the day to accommodate a dental emergency and were helpful and professional. It’s no fun getting a root canal but they made it as bearable as possible.
The staff was super helpful and friendly, and they took great care to make sure every detail was taken care of before the procedure started. They were able to get me in quickly too, which was great because I was in a lot of pain. I would highly recommend them and would come back again if I need another procedure.
