I loved this place! Heather was amazing. So helpful, understanding and prompt. Although i didn’t get my wedding dress from Enchanted i did get all of my bridesmaid dresses from here and i am so pleased with the service and respect i received. The staff was so friendly and made us all feel very comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely recommend Heather and One Enchanted Evening to anyone looking for a dress! 5 stars place in my book :) Thanks Heather! Xo

Grossed out. That about sums it up. Dresses look very sloppy and under kept, staff is inattentive and everything just looks & feels dirty.

I was able to physically touch & look at every dress in the store without anyone greeting me or even acknowledging that I was there, playing with a paper shredder was more important to the staff. Along with the lack of diligence, the selection is very limited. The majority of the dresses they did have were not well kept at all and looked very sloppy. All of them were either hung up unzipped, have beads and strings already coming apart and the amount of deodorant on them was a bit repulsive!

After having a not-so-great experience at David's Bridal, coming here was a breath of fresh air. First of all, the fact that they are open til 8pm is fantastic. As a working bride, I appreciate the convenience of being open late. Second, Heather was fantastic. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I wasn't set on one style. She let me browse around and pick out lots of different dresses to try on (and there are SO many different styles to choose from!), and helped guide me to the right shape dress for my body.
