I purchased a Jaguar XK from One Empire LTD and was amazed by the service from Ahmad. The car unfortunately had a couple of minor faults shortly after purchasing. Ahmad immediately apologised and offered to take the car in the very next day for repairs, accommodating after opening hours completely free of charge. Glad to say the car is running perfectly now. Cannot recommend this dealer enough! Would definitely purchase another car again.
We are a returning customer, we brought a Jag from them a few years ago, and they where so helpful when it went wrong and sorted the problem out. When we wanted an upgrade we made sure we went back (just brought another jag) friendly helpful team highly recommended and will use again when it's time to change.
