Disgusting!! Save your money, do not waste it on this complex!!! Rude property manager and they do not take care of anything!!
These apartments are not kept up. They refuse to fix the issues when you tell them. Black mold started growing and damaged several personal items, because they refused to fix our air leak.
The Internet was out for a month and a half, and they took so long to fix. Washing machines were old and loud. The chair in the 'furnished' rooms were disgusting. Dog poop everywhere. 'Gated complex' was not true as throughout the whole 5 months that I lived there, not once that it worked. Couldn't get the carpet cleaned before I moved in. Had a problem with the roommate smoking weed everyday in the unit, and I have asthma. Talked to both the manager and the roommate but not much worked out.
