Trish is a great therapist. I’ve made more progress with her than any other therapist. She listens but also adds to the conversation. I’m very comfortable talking with her and love her sense of humor! My daughters both like her also. Finding a good therapist is the hardest part and I feel so fortunate to have found her so quickly. Highly recommend her!

I cannot recommend Emily Fry and One Eighty Counseling highly enough. In the year and a half I've been working with Emily, she has been an invaluable resource throughout my recovery journey. I have been going to one eighty for a handful of years now and have absolutely loved my experience. I see Keyana W and she is amazing at her job and just such an amazing person. As my first therapist I’ve seen she has done wonders in my life. I also saw a sign that gives her a Starbucks gift card for a review so I really hope she enjoys that! Thank you one eighty!
