In response to Kelli Fiene's review, yes what she has said is true. Although i explained to her that the irrigation system would need to be modified and placed a number for the work in our proposal. When we submitted the estimate, the line to modify irrigation was present, along with all other work items. The estimate was accepted and we planned to do the project. Very poor customer service. I first reached out to them in March to get a head start on my summer landscape needs. After 3 months of communication they canceled on my instal the week it was supposed to occur. There was never any consistency in what they were communicating to me. I would have gone with another company and had my landscaping installed if they had not wasted my time.
