I got Ripped off by Joshua Figueroa One Down LLC! I hired Joshua Figueroa of One Down LLC in May of 2021 to finish a Radon style Kit boat. At the time he was located in a warehouse in Kona below Costco. The Job was to take 8 months to a year. After 2 1/2 years little work was done on my boat. I paid Josh in full for the project which was to include all hardware windows, cleats, bow rails, top rails etc. None of these items were ever ordered! Arranged to view repair same day, work completed in less than 42 hrs in spite of busy schedule. Easy to work with, clients pleased with his craftsmanship and fair price.
My trailer broke down first thing in the morning. I was able to get in contact with Josh who was quick and able to look at my trailer while I was on the water fishing. After returning in from fishing and at wash down he was able to already give me a estimate on the work and parts needed to make the repairs. Josh's knowledge and attention to detail showed in the quality of of his work.
