I have ordered several times from one dental but am very disappointed now. I ordered putty and its base was defective. So on their request I sent it back to be tested and it’s been two weeks since then. I have sent several emails and mentioned how urgent it is and there has been no response from them. Very poor management I must say At least show some courtesy to respond.

From the moment it suddenly stopped working, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted.
