Horrendous experience. Never buy from this place, instruments defective, poor customer service
Excellent website to purchase all your dental good. High quality and exam compliant. I have bought several items from them for my exam prep and the experience is seamlessly easy. The customer care support is helpful and efficient. Be it on call or the website chat. Highly recommend!
I have ordered several times from one dental but am very disappointed now. I ordered putty and its base was defective. So on their request I sent it back to be tested and it’s been two weeks since then. I have sent several emails and mentioned how urgent it is and there has been no response from them. Very poor management I must say At least show some courtesy to respond.
I’d give more stars if I could! Michael has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process of getting my mobile dental unit back on track. From the moment it suddenly stopped working, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted.
