My sister is an ADC student. After placing her order, she emailed them three times, and each time they simply asked her to wait. I was travelling to Nepal, and she needed the items there. However, even after five weeks, they failed to provide a proper response. Today, when we called them directly, one of their staff members spoke to us rudely. She didn’t realise the call hadn’t been disconnected and made a very inappropriate comment. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service.
I’m an ADC student and ordered a pre-order item from One Dental. When I first contacted them a few weeks ago, I was told the turnaround time would be two weeks. However, it was never mentioned that delays were possible due to ongoing supplier consistency issues. Vending machine dispenses the wrong product (upon correct option selected) ..they told me that I have to pay to ship it to them to get my money back, nah I’ll stick to Coles
Horrendous experience. Never buy from this place, instruments defective, poor customer service
