This is the second time I’ve stayed home all day for a scheduled filter replacement, and no one showed up. They don’t keep accurate records of which units they visit and waste residents’ time. Very unprofessional and poorly managed service.

I am quite disappointed with the service provided. Not only did they charge an unfair amount, they also never ended up fixing my AC unit! We had called them over two times. The first was to check what was wrong with the unit, to which they charged $300. They told us they needed to come a second time to check again and fix the leakage, and so that was alright. Yet when they came over the second time, they spent 5 hours attempting to fix the AC unit only to tell us that it was impossible and that we needed to completely replac... read more
