I’m experiencing exactly the same, this bloody greedy doggy developer has been postponing the settlement of our land for 3 years and we had already paid deposit for building contract, due land not being settled for the past three years they now the building contract demanding $26000 more and now this bleedy developer asking more $46000 after signing the contract and holding our deposit for 3 years
They don’t even deserve this one star. I paid deposit more than three years ago for a block of land from developer, “Solovey” and marketed by “PSP property group”. Now the land is ready for settlement in 3 months. Developer asked for $47500 on top of contract price to settle the land. Developers didn’t pay our deposit back yet. So it’s still ours.
