Amy and Stephanie were very accommodating during this process. The entire house needed a deep cleaning from top to bottom. Everything was cleaned to the best of their ability considering the house was 24 years old and never cleaned before. We appreciated the thoroughness of cleaning tough areas. They kept us informed throughout the day and asked questions for clarification when needed. I can’t thank One Days Cleaning enough for the incredible job they did cleaning my space. I had been struggling with my mental health for a while, and my room had become overwhelming to tackle on my own. Their team came in with compassion, professionalism, and absolutely no judgment. Deep cleaning was not really a deep clean. An hour or so before they arrived for the cleaning I was asked if I wanted a female cleaner or a male and after saying I prefer a female they sent both and then proceeded to tell me it's for the cleaners safety. Okay... but this is my home and what about my safety and comfort ? I ignored this and let them come in and do their job. In my opinion the deep clean too expensive for the service they provided.
