I have purchased 3 service package almost 3 weeks ago and I still don't have a final draft. I did take a couple days to give them back my questionaire and Lara had 1st draft to me within a few days.. I asked for a few changes and now I am getting "waiting for manager approval" and I will have it by days end for few days now. I emailed again asking about the status on all 3 of my services (cover letter, resume and inked in profile) 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten a response. Glad I didn't need my resume in one day...
Although I forwarded her my resume the day she requested it, Alysa never responded with a revised resume for my review, even should she had over two weeks to do so.
