This was a painless process -- consultation, measurement, installation. There was a 2.5 month wait for manufacturing, but the installation our new doors took just 2 hours, and they are exactly what we wanted.
The One Day Doors team was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and the process was easy. The doors came out absolutely incredible and we were beyond pleased!
One Day Doors and Closets is a excellent contracting company when you're thinking about replacing forty years old doors, or just to get new stylist doors from the original doors that came with the house. This company is the one! They will send out to you (Blain Patrick), who was a great consultation representative to go over everything with me, and also asked all my questions. Excellent customer service. Good communication.
Tried numerous times to call the Baltimore location and then resorted to sending emails. They don’t answer the phone or return calls or email. Not recommended! UPDATE 12/19/2025 Worst customer service ever! The red flag should have been when I initially reached out to them and no one answered the phone. But, I received a call from Alan the Owner who apologized and he came out and took measurements for 10 doors.
