Went in and got a same day exam. They never scheduled a return appointment. No one ever answers the phone, rarely return calls. Never submitted anything to my insurance company. Still nothing a week later. I've been in pain and am disappointed. If they didn't want to see me they could have easily said so. The dentist was nice and professional. The front office needs to be trained. I'll let you form your own opinion.
Saw Dr. Erhard after a dentist made me an ill fitting pair of dentures broke. He's fantastic and his staff are very friendly. I took my son to him for a partial, great visit. Son is very happy with the results. I'm replacing the dentures he made for me 25 years ago because the fit is not as good anymore as it has been. I'll definitely be going back to Dr Erhard. I appreciate his expertise. Thank you One Day Denture Service for consistant, friendly and professional service.
He may be an amazing dentist, but we'll never know. My fiance had a consult appointment. He already explained his dental situation to the assistant when he stopped in prior to schedule the consult, and he filled out the paperwork. Doc came in the room today, seemingly already angry. No "Hi, I'm Dr. ___, how are you?" just "so what are you here for". I went In for my consultation to get implants after I already when and got a partial that doesn’t fit. He was hostile from the get go. He has zero personality and is flat out just a grumpy old man. We left screaming at each other because he said “well I don’t think you should be here anymore and to get out of his office” all because I asked him why he is so hostile with me.
