I can't tell you how much I appreciate One Connection Healthcare (OCH) and my physician, Dr. Lily Stokely. Dr. Lily and OCH go above and beyond to provide excellent, profoundly knowledgeable, compassionate care. I always feel seen, supported and empowered to go forth and live my life to the fullest.
I would give 5/5 stars just to Dr. Claire Hannes. For One Connection Healthcare, I am taking a star off simply because I have had issues with your front desk staff and their attitude. They display a lack of empathy while interacting with patients. I have had two instances where there was no empathy. One where I made the mistake of the appointment time. The front desk said no it was at a certain time and that I needed to get on my Telehealth appointment now or I will be charged. I told them I was driving and couldn’t take it.... read more
Both my son and I both see Drs from here, have had very personalized and compassionate care. It is so refreshing to feel heard and not dismissed, especially for complex and challenging cases.
I get to spend more time with my Dr. at One Connection than anywhere else. We have time to really get into issues I'm having, concerns and questions. All of the people I've worked with at One Connection have been delightful.
