I see several providers at One Connection for various things, but Dr. Kelly Bowen has been my PCP for 2 or so years and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She is the most wise, empathetic and skillful ND I've ever established care with. She is affirming, resourceful and kind in everything she does. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in everything she does and says. I feel so lucky to have her on my care team!
Did not respect my genders and continuously misgendered me. Lily was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, won’t be returning.
One Connection Healthcare is absolutely incredible. I received care there for about two years and only stopped because I moved out of state. Otherwise, I would have continued indefinitely. Highly recommend this medical office. Dr. Amy Curtis is a great listener, trauma informed, and open to figuring out complex clusters of symptoms. I appreciate that she is open to both Western and non-western medical approaches and is knowledgeable about best practices and stays grounded in research. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming. Raven does a great job drawing blood without pain and anxiety, which is huge for someone with tricky veins like me. It's so nice to not be gaslit and blamed for my symptoms.
This is one of the first times I've felt truly heard and cared for my a primary care doctor. I worked mostly with Dr. Kinsel, but from other providers filling in, lab draw appointments, and even interactions with the front office team, I've always felt at ease and am so thankful for all the kindness I've received. I was really struggling with my eating disorder and needed a doctor who listened to me and didn't just see my weight, and that's what I found here.
