Amazing location in the heart of downtown Montreal, with access to many amenities (private gym, terrace, brand new appliances including washer/dryer) - must see!
It’s been 2 mornings that I get waked up by some drills and hammer noise and it feels like it’s in my apartment at 5-6am! It’s really frustrating and it’s affecting my life at work. The noises are giving me big headaches and stoping me from sleeping, can’t deal with this anymore!!!!!
amazing building, however it seems its normal for the building to be locked behind constructions without notifying any of the tenants. I had to go through a construction site and twisted my ankle due to the lack or safety or passageway. I had to cancel any plans I had and stay imprisoned in the building.
