they R@pe you with $30 overdrafts despite you having no automatic withdrawals, even if it’s $0.10 over. They will remove money you place in your account without telling you why when you’re unemployed due to health reasons and basically tell you then can do whatever they want because it’s their “policy” even when it’s against FDIC. I’ve been a customer for almost 10yrs and I’ve never been F*cked harder than by this bank in the last year
We have had our mortgage with One Community since 2005. Great people to work with. Following our house fire, they allowed us to postpone two payments, plus they gave us two large VISA gift cards. We definitely recommend One Community.
I had that at community federal credit union. They closed my account with money in it, sent my paycheck back to my employer over a 5.00 overdraft that they could have took out of paycheck
Never had an issue with One community, and I hope I never do.
