Great company! They were quick to reply when I reached out about carpet cleaning and a deep cleaning for my sectional couch. They answered all my questions and had availability for the services I needed fast! The technician was great! A hard worker and respectful to our space and my family. I highly recommend One Click Services and will be using them again in the future!
Daci did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets! He was quick, thorough, careful with our home, took time to answer our questions, and very professional. I would definitely recommend him & One Click to a friend/family member!
Two ladies came. I asked them wipe the walls and don’t wipe the mudding parts recently fixed. They seemed they understand me. But they cleaned the whole mudding jobs nice and good. They don’t understand English or Spanish. I called The owner. He is very rude. He even said sorry to me. He Only cares about his money. I need to pay for their service every single pennies and mudding jobs again. Very bad experience. I don’t recommend.
I paid almost $500 to get two couches cleaned. After they came, I noticed the cushions on the back of the couch were still dirty. They also left a mess all over my hard wood floors, strange for a cleaning company not to clean up after themselves. I tried to reach out to see if they could maybe come back or rectify the situation, but no response. Claudia arrived 15 min early with her own cleaning supplies and got right to work in the bathroom. It took her 3 hrs to clean our 3 bed/3bath home which is twice as fast as the last person I had clean. She even swept the porch on her way out. I got a deal on our first clean and it was well worth the price.
