Extremely dodgy never use them ever and said that I owe them money and added themselves as my tax agent without my permission super illegal
WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! i went on their website for a tax calculator (as it was my first year doing tax) and when i pressed to calculate, it lodged without me knowing. due to being my first year within the tax threshold i wasn't payed out enough so i owed them money. without realising i even lodged my tax i continued on. 2 years later i got an outstanding bill with additional payments (a late fee and a payment fee, even though no money was put into my account). i am extremely annoyed with the misinformation on their website and ... read more
