I want to start by saying that Sasha, the repair technician, was very professional. I trusted his diagnosis and appreciated the time and experience he brought to identifying the problem. He did a very good job, and I have no complaints about his work. Unfortunately, my husband's experience with the dispatcher and other people at One Click was very different. The technician came and did very little work. His diagnostic was that we need to buy a new fridge. He said that the door was broken and was not closing properly. Honestly, I felt that I was taken advantage of. We later on our own did more work and figure it out.

Never use these guys. I would give them negative stars if I could. They charge you a “diagnostic fee” which is basically a guy looking at the problem to then tell you that they don’t have the required repair parts in stock and that it’s probably not cost effective to have the repair done anyway, just get a new appliance. No value add whatsoever! I would never call these guys again!
