The technician came and did very little work. His diagnostic was that we need to buy a new fridge. He said that the door was broken and was not closing properly. Honestly, I felt that I was taken advantage of. We later on our own did more work and figure it out.

Never use these guys. I would give them negative stars if I could. They charge you a “diagnostic fee” which is basically a guy looking at the problem to then tell you that they don’t have the required repair parts in stock and that it’s probably not cost effective to have the repair done anyway, just get a new appliance. No value add whatsoever! I would never call these guys again!
Highly disappointed and I do NOT recommend. I was quoted $560 for a bathroom repair and overcharged by $200. My credit card information was provided online in good faith and they went ahead and overcharged my card without consent. This is unacceptable practice. When I called to dispute the charge, the technician was defensive, rude and essentially told me "this is the charge". Unacceptable.
