Highly disappointed and I do NOT recommend. I was quoted $560 for a bathroom repair and overcharged by $200. My credit card information was provided online in good faith and they went ahead and overcharged my card without consent. This is unacceptable practice. When I called to dispute the charge, the technician was defensive, rude and essentially told me "this is the charge". Unacceptable.
After a frustrating experience with another appliance repair company that came out and diagnosed a $840 part that they said needed replacing that took 2 weeks to source and then they failed to show up to install it on 3 different appointments over 3 more weeks, I gave up and called One Click. Olag came out the same day to diagnose and advised he’d do some research and get back to me with a quote.
