Great service and communication!
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS I hired this company after being assured they would take part payment for a house clean because I had important photos scheduled today. They turned up but did not clean my house at all – despite the fact that my house was already in a very clean state to begin with, they simply ignored the job entirely. The worst part is they took $629 from my account and have been completely ignoring my calls and messages ever since. No service, no communication, and no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Firstly they are very unprofessional take days to get back to you and then contact you by email 2 hours before they are supposed to be at your house asking for your address. Secondly I was notified I had to make a part payment which is fine however Michelle took full payment of $627 dollars for a clean that wasn’t even done properly. CHANGED MY REVIEW (18-Jul-25): I think this business is either a front or does not do domestic cleaning. Don't respond to my calls, emails, phone messages despite staff say they pass on my messages and will ensure a response... but nope, nothing zippo. Very terrible service. Extremely unprofessional and unmeasured woman, very bad job, bills for cleans not completed. Have had guests turn up to a dirty house that we already had been billed for. And worst part trying to part ways and Michelle refused to return our keys for our two homes. Police were called before she finally returned our keys. This woman is a liar and a scammer, avoid this business at all costs!
