I recently had the pleasure of touring One City Block Apartments in the Five Points area, and I was immediately impressed. Beto, who showed me around, was welcoming and knowledgeable. He made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. Living here has been great. The management team are awesome, responsive, and super friendly. Lauren helped me finalize my move in and she was so knowledgeable, kind, and made it actually fun. Beto was also very nice when we met in passing. If you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend One City Block!
My roommate and I lived at One City Block for two years. We loved our unit and the location! Unfortunately, the apartment above us flooded in June, causing major water damage to our space. The ceiling had to be torn open, baseboards removed, industrial dryers were installed and ran 24/7, temperatures inside reached 90+ degrees, and drywall dust coated every surface. Lost the chance to rent a beautiful apartment from this establishment because we were having trouble with the application and no one was available to assist us for about 3 days. Once they did return our calls and messages, someone else had rented the apartment. I'm sad because I really wanted to live here:/
