Update: In the short time I’ve lived here, I’ve enjoyed it. The building management has been very responsive and prompt. Big shout out to Lauren specifically, she made the leasing/move-in process fun and seamless. Maintenance has done a great job of addressing anything I’ve brought up to their attention in a timely manner. They host lots of fun events and the property stays consistently clean considering how big it is and how many tenants there are. Keep up the great work y’all!
Loved this property until new management took over and “upgraded” all the amenities - meaning they took away the lounges by the pool, the chandeliers in the hallway, the computer room, the color in the hallways, the yoga room, and so much more. The pool and hot tub are always dirty and “under maintenance” This new management literally destroyed the vibe of this whole community. Pay attention to Mia and others here when assessing this property. The individuals leaving glowing reviews of the leasing process and dayrise employees are obviously incentivized by the company during the sales process and do not portray their management and behavior accurately. Stephen is the biggest issue here. He is rude, incompetent, and avoidant in his duties, and have others have stated, prioritizes his and the company's lack of responsibility for the consistent issues over resolving matters and showing care to the peo... read more
Recently moved in to an apartment here and am loving it so far. Beto, Lauren, and Stephen were all tremendously helpful and accommodating in getting me moved in and any information I needed. They made the entire application and moving process so easy. The apartment is clean and spacious, and everything has been great so far. I will update after having been here a bit longer, but I am really looking forward to living here!
