Trust me, this is the last place you’d want to live! This is by far the worst apartment and property management I’ve experienced. I lived here for a year, and the difference after Dayrise management took over from Greystar management was night and day. Much smoother process than others I've experienced. Lauren was great.
Overall our experience living at One City Block was more negative than not; however, the 1 star is due to treatment after we moved out. We were owed a portion of our security deposit and after not hearing nor receiving it for 30 days, we contacted Steven to see what the hold up was. He told us we simply needed to wait for it to get through the mail system (as if mail takes 30 days to go from one side of Denver to another). I booked a tour online for Monday, but when I showed up the office was closed and no one answered the phone. There was no note on the website, the scheduling page, or the leasing office door about any holiday closure.
