We would like to share a disappointing experience my mother had at your clinic involving a Vietnamese receptionist. My mother does not speak English fluently and visited the clinic to request assistance in organising a breast mammogram appointment. She approached the Vietnamese-speaking receptionist, hoping for some support, especially with translation. I have been attending the medical centre for over 30 years Dr Ting was the BEST DOCTOR. His expertise, experience, kindness, understanding etc. HE was our family & relatives doctor. May he RIP. The practise is not WHAT IT USED TO BE. Dr Ting passed away, staff left and it is not WHAT IT USED TO BE.
