Unfortunately our experience has not been great with Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs, Arden location. The biggest issue is lack of communication. 9 out of 10 times you call no one answers, if you leave a massage no one gets back, no one responds to email. I do not understand how someone can run a business with such poor communication. We have had our hot tub for a year and a half. I had an outstanding experience with mountain leisure hot tubs. Their customer service went above and beyond every step of the way. When I ran into some scheduling challenges, they used out-of-the-box thinking to come up with a creative solution that got my hot tub installed much sooner than expected. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have had a multitude of issues since our tubs delivery in November. Some which include, but are not limited to, a disrespectful inspection technician, broken valve/jets on the tub that has yet to be fixed, no instructions during delivery on how to balance the tub, and little to no communication.
