I had an outstanding experience with mountain leisure hot tubs. Their customer service went above and beyond every step of the way. When I ran into some scheduling challenges, they used out-of-the-box thinking to come up with a creative solution that got my hot tub installed much sooner than expected. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have had a multitude of issues since our tubs delivery in November. Some which include, but are not limited to, a disrespectful inspection technician, broken valve/jets on the tub that has yet to be fixed, no instructions during delivery on how to balance the tub, and little to no communication. The owner Charles will not respond to emails. The co-owner Adrian simply ignores all forms of communication. Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs has truly been a great company to work with! They have always done quality weekly maintenance on our short term rental hot tub and have been very professional and easy to work with! I highly recommend them to other short term vacation rentals owners for any and all hot tub needs!
