Installed new hot water tank in 2020 with a 10 year warranty. Called to service because I have no hot water. I was told to call someone else they have no time.
And the first flood their inspected check valve DID’T WORK 🤷♀️🤦♀️🤬
They were supposed to send a guy named Travis out today to look at our water issues. They told me between 9 and 11, most likely around 10 but Lauren, the receptionist said she likes to give 2 hour window as people complain if they are 10 minutes late. My husband took 2 hours off of work and Travis never showed! I called and left a message asking if Travis was coming or not and not even a call back. Unprofessional, irresponsible..do not even bother calling.
