We are new to the area and had our first plumbing need come up. Called a plumber and they no showed. Called One Call. Super professional and friendly from the first call to the visit. Our tech Jesse O'Daniel was prompt, friendly and super knowledgeable. We are still new to the house and Jesse explained everything in layman terms and found and fixed the issue so quick. It is nice to have knowledgeable and friendly folks to help you when you need it. We have found our Plumbing company. One Call.
Super great service! They were quick and efficient and made sure to help me after hours when I called! 10/10 would recommend again for any of your plumbing needs!
Initially thought they did a good job repairing the pipe in my garage, but turns out they charged me $500 for a repair that burst anyway and that they refuse to warranty. Pipe burst tonight and I had to shut off water to my entire house and call another company to cap it. Trash.
