What a rude receptionist... I called to ask for a quote for an installation for a new plant and the receptionist refused to talk to me since "someone called her from this number a few min ago". I explained to her that she is probably wrong , but she made a sarcastic comment about the fact it was the same phone number. After a while , she realized that she was wrong ,but her ego was too big to apologize... what a very unpleasant call.
I want to thank One Call Plumbing for helping us. From his office, Matt sent Justin to our home to review our situation. Fortunately for us, all-is-well. Evidently we had received wrong information from another company stating that we had an expensive problem. We are grateful for the honest help from Matt and Justin at One Call Plumbing. Many Thanks !
