jay came on Friday night to clear a major blockage in main drain. He was prompt, polite and was very thorough to get the blockage addressed. We were concerned about sewage blockage and he was very reassuring. Very professional and stayed until he guaranteed the problem was resolved. Gave us enough information to at least discuss the concerns with municipality as it was tree roots causing the blockage. He called 20 minutes prior to arrival and was very detailed in what he’d need to do to address concerns. We were very happy
Wahid helped us when we most needed him and we really appreciate his ability to give us a solution when we couldn’t find any other way to fix our issue. He has very good communication skills and is very polite and did an incredible job. Highly recommend Wahid!
