My son had his shower panel leaking. he called these guys to come fix it. the guy quoted $60 to diagnose the issue (which is more than fair). once he arrived, he said it would be $575 to replace the cartridge. that seemed pretty expensive, but agreed to do it. he started to do the work and quickly realized he could not get the handle off to replace the cartridge. So then he said we would have to replace the entire shower panel. he said it would be $750 in labour plus $800-1000 for the new shower panel. wow! my son called me ... read more
