They were really great! Becky is awesome and Ron the owner is amazing and both have tried to save me money. Ron has made multiple trips to diagnose issues and is friendly and knows what he is talking about! Now that I am renting out my condo, I am keeping them on hand for any issues that come up with my tenants. It’s really great to have someone you trust to handle even the little issues.
Wow, if I could give zero stars, I would. First they continued to use the wrong address. They continue to call me to verify the time even after I told them it would have to be after 2:30 pm on 4 different occasion. They was supposed to come on Friday at 2:00 and they called me at 1:50 to say the technician had a emergency and won’t be able to come until Monday. Terrible experience with this company! We had basement flooding and they came to do the mitigation. After the job was done, the strong odor remained. We were depending on them for the restoration part of basement. We reached out for them for a quote numerous times, we got no answers from them at all. Due to the strong odor in the basement, we barely went down there and used it like before. Last month, my wife found out that the toilet was not even put it back correctly. This is the worst company to deal with. They will scam you and Jessica at front desk is extremely rude and worthless. DO NOT USE THEM
One Call Home Preservation was actually assign to me via my home warranty. They were running late but called me in advance to advise. When they arrived they were very courteous, professional and honest. My home warranty denied the claim but I chose to continue the repairs with this company because they gained my trust instantly and I didn't want another technician in my home. I would recommend them 150%
