When my furnace stopped working (of course on a Sunday) I called Brian at On Call. He promptly responded to my call & rearranged his schedule so that he could be at my home in less than an hour. Upon examination of my system, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional, friendly, and articulate in explaining what was wrong & my options for repair. Brian did a fantastic job with servicing our furnace. He answered all the questions I had and was very patient. He also gave recommendations on a few other things we had questions on, including the AC and humidifier in our home. Overall, we were very pleased with the work Brian did and would recommend anyone who needs work done.

I gave OneCall a call today to schedule a furnace clean and inspection. I was so happy to hear Brian had time to stop by same day to take care of this for me! Such a professional guy - he even took care of replacing and descaling our Aprilaire whole house humidifier pad. I highly recommend OneCall and will definitely be a repeat customer!
