The good: The bathroom remodel looked great when it was finally done much later than promised. The bad: Cost almost double what we were originally told, even though we scaled back some elements. Crew confiscated extra materials that we had wanted to keep. Materials were ordered over and above what was needed, things we couldn’t return that cost over $1000. Update in Nov, 2016 : Jim contracted with an electrician who installed aluminum wiring, which over time has melted. The circuit kept flipping and a master electrician came out. He pointed out it should have never passed inspection and it will now cost us $1300 to rewire it the correct way! Jim has not responded to our emails.. Very unhappy! Jim not only coordinated a complicated shower/steam remodel, he handles everything extremely professionally!
