Annoying once the Doctor preferred MRI they will call you for so many times for the schedule without checking first if the workers comp approve the authorization. Unless, you ask them is the authorization approve or not . They said “not yet!” . So why they cannot check first . ONE CALL is enough to inform the patient that they we’re waiting for the approval of authorization and not call every. 🤷‍♀️annoying 🤮

Absolutely horrible service, staff education, and ability to a basic job. California work comp (city of San Diego) contracted with low budget company- they couldn’t even properly schedule a simple appointment- RUN FROM THIS LOW CLASS COMPANY! City of San Diego- State of California! Shameful!

These people are ridiculous. I don't know if they intentionally make things inconvenient and complicated because they work for workers comp, but their whole conversation is just weird and why does it take 2 different people and over 35 minutes to try & schedule a MRI and they're still saying they need more time and will call me back because it's still not complete. Their whole process is crazy and unprofessional. I guess they want to frustrate you so they won't have to pay for the procedure and say you were a no-show.
