These people are ridiculous. I don't know if they intentionally make things inconvenient and complicated because they work for workers comp, but their whole conversation is just weird and why does it take 2 different people and over 35 minutes to try & schedule a MRI and they're still saying they need more time and will call me back because it's still not complete. Their whole process is crazy and unprofessional. I guess they want to frustrate you so they won't have to pay for the procedure and say you were a no-show.

The absolute worst in the business. There is no possibility they save the carrier any money when compared to the time wasted.

Thank goodness I’m not the only one. I require an MRI for a shoulder injury. After 2-weeks, I get a text message at 8:51am telling me my appointment is at 1:30pm, the same day. I get to the imaging center at 1:00pm, and after waiting 20-minutes, I’m told that time slot was double booked. I drove 112-miles, round trip, for nothing. Worthless organization.
