They should be called one million calls because I've had to call them so many times and still don't have an appointment scheduled! So frustrating!

Absolute joke of a company and I don't like that my medical information is being accessed by someone in another country that I can't understand.
I was contacted by OneCall to provide spinal decompression for a workers' compensation patient. I provided the service, and billed it the day it was provided. It took eight weeks to receive remittance advice (treatment had concluded) only to have the specific procedure OneCall requested be denied. I resubmitted the claim as mechanical traction to have that denied as previously processed. There has been zero response from the coordinators who sought the care.
