To whom it may concern, I am beyond disgusted with the transportation service provided by One Call Care. I was left outside, standing and waiting for OVER AN HOUR after surgery, in pain and physically uncomfortable, while your company repeatedly lied to me over the phone. 0 stars. I was scheduled for, and got a confirmation text for an appointment, that was FOUR HOURS after the imaging center closed. Then I got a call from a DIFFERENT location attempting to charge me for a missed appointment because One Call decided to reschedule my appointment to a different location without telling me.
I Have all telephone recordings where they are incompetent about medical implants, medical referral request, trying to schedule imaging that would literally take my life, they are combative rude, non empathic, and if you value your health at all, in my opinion as needing medical imaging on a knee amd back which if it isnt done I could die or be paralyzed requested Feb 3 2026, and March 6, 2026 they have not been able to complete and if This site took audio I would have approx over 20 calls with the incorrect information or t... read more
Please do not wfh for this company! They cover everything with big words and values only to be quick to fire you or micromanage ! I can’t speak for environment in the building but me and 2 of my people have worked here for months and they let us all go over time with no clear reason. One was even fire false termination, one fired after 9 years for wording something wrong and one after 3 years after mistakenly forgetting to log out of something.. they don’t take the necessary time with you and will terminate you FAST.. just b... read more
