After attending a meditation session at One Breath I felt like a new woman. I am better at being present in my daily life, and even managed to enjoy a family weekend without thinking about work! Sheila is truly one of a kind, and I’m excited to be involved in this community of women.
Attended the women's meditation circle this evening. A truly welcoming and nurturing environment. Had a wonderful time connecting with other women cultivating a mindful meditation practice. Look forward to going back soon.
