So thankful One Body was recommended to me for physical therapy after I hurt my back. I worked with Kristin and she was absolutely wonderful at listening and providing support and suggestions- and got me moving and feeling great again so that I could get back to doing activities and workouts I love! The entire environment of One Body is very positive and welcoming. Spend any amount of time there and you will quickly know that this is a team that truly cares!
I’m a runner and came to One Body with ongoing knee pain that is tremendously better after just three visits. Matt and Kristin are very welcoming and friendly. Matt was very knowledgeable about common running ailments and did a very thorough assessment that included looking at more than just my knee.
