The Instructor named Lee was horribly rude. Came into the place with for a pro-bono touch-up appointment. The appointment was to correct an uneven cut that I had got at One Beauty a week before(no biggie for me since their students). Greeted by the instructor I filled her in as to why I was there, that I had an appointment with a student to correct the back of my hair. Biggest scam I was supposed to attend their classes but got pregnant and wasn’t able to tolerate any hair or nail products so I sent bck my money to student loan and the school was supposed to send their portion back from April of 2023 been calling and went down there they say yea they sent a cheque and they’re liars as student loan has been taking money from my account since July 31 and now is September…called them multiple times sept 21 and 22 and nobody answered as if they screened my calls or something.
