Great place to drop in to! Tons of machines and equipment and welcoming coaches. My wife and I did our first ever drop in here together. We’ll come every year we visit.

As a residential student at the Naval War College, I experienced the opportunity of joining One Asterisk for six months. The fitness centers on the Navy base do not possess CrossFit or HIIT equipment, which I found frustrating. Thank God I found this gym. I absolutely loved the facility, programming, and staff. I’d skip this place as a drop in. Finding the workout on their website was hard. If I saw it I probably wouldn’t go (just a barbell complex and no cardio or gymnastics). The best thing coach Jean was knowledgeable and helpful. But the gym is small and I asked if I could come back for open gym and I was told they didn’t have open gym that day. Most gyms have enough room to set up somewhere during class. I guess not here. So $20 for a barbell complex is essentially what the deal was today. Disappointed.
