They sent us a paper bill 9 1/2 months after a procedure. They said they texted us a bill, which of course just looks like spam. I called to talk to a supervisor about it twice and they never called back. I went to their office on a Tuesday afternoon and no one was there. I have now called Baptist Health (where the anesthesia was done), the KY Board of Nursing and the KY Dept of Insurance about it. Avoid using them if at all possible.
Your anesthesiologist has ruined my life
Got a text message from One Anesthesia saying it was my final notice & would be sent to collections if it wasn't pd, I never got a paper bill in the mail to have any knowledge that I owed anything to them!! Tried to call them 8-10 times before they actually answered the phone!! I was to have surgery, August 23, 2024, and paid this group for their services. I paid them the full amount owed them on August, 21, 2024. The surgery was cancelled by my surgeon on August 22. I have called them and called them to get my refund since August and they have done nothing but give m the run around. I have not received my refund yet and it is now December 28, 2024.
