I took my older Chevy Suburban to One and Done because Craig is a certified Chevrolet Master Technician and I needed someone who knows what he is doing. He tracked down a very difficult-to-find part (due to the age of my Suburban) and fixed the issues I was having with my vehicle. He also discovered some shoddy work caused from when I had PDR done on my roof - the PDR guy didn't put something back properly and it caused my rear air vents to not work. Thank you Craig and crew! Fantastic service at One and Done auto & collision! They went above and beyond when the truck was damaged in an accident. Not only did they handle the repairs quickly and efficiently, but they also helped us navigate the insurance claims process. Thank you! Will definitely be back for future repairs!
One and Done Auto Repair was great. The prices were reasonable, the system they use to track your repairs, with pictures of the discrepant parts, etc was very nice to use. I was able to call about a question on the quote and get a fast and solid answer. They also did a full inspection of the vehicle and caught things that we didn't know about so that we could get ahead of potential major problems. I am very satisfied with my experience and happy to recommend them moving forward
