Monique and Natalie are very professional and helpful . They found my new tenants in 3 days and fixed the lock in just 2 days. They also made the outgoing and ingoing inspections so smoothly while I was traveling Overseas. Very disappointing experience. We were told by the property manager that professional cleaning was not required since the owner was going to renovate the house. Still, we spent a full day thoroughly cleaning the entire home and followed the checklist before moving out. After relocating from the Central Coast to Western Sydney, we were shocked to receive an invoice of $1,113.81 for cleaning. Despite our calls and messages, there was no timely response or support.
