I am absolutely appalled by the conduct of your Real Estate agency. Both myself and my husband were sent bank details to make a deposit and a Docusign with the sale of contract which had incorrect details. Both my husband and myself advised via email that there were errors present that required amending yet not one of your representatives had the decency to respond back to our email. Monique and Natalie are very professional and helpful . They found my new tenants in 3 days and fixed the lock in just 2 days. They also made the outgoing and ingoing inspections so smoothly while I was traveling Overseas. I appreciated everything they did for me and will highly recommend one agency to the home owners to manage their property.

Very disappointing experience. We were told by the property manager that professional cleaning was not required since the owner was going to renovate the house. Still, we spent a full day thoroughly cleaning the entire home and followed the checklist before moving out. After relocating from the Central Coast to Western Sydney, we were shocked to receive an invoice of $1,113.81 for cleaning. Despite our calls and messages, there was no timely response or support.
