Very unprofessional agent there named George. The behaviours perpetuated by him, including evading responsibility and lying to tenants is very concerning. I would not recommend using this agent either as a landlord or tenant.
No office, worst realestate agents I’ve ever dealt with. They do borderline illegal things to tenants and should be reported to VCAT
One of the worst agency I have ever signed up for in my life. The customer service was of very low standard from “Jenny the email assistant” who could never answer my calls, queries and I was told by the receptionist that she only replies to emails which was very rude and bizarre. One Agency should be called Scam Agency. These people will never take Health & Safety issues seriously and their contract is designed in such a way that it’s highly complicated to get rid of their bondage.
