We had a really great experience with Tracey. She took us through several properties that we requested to see and then, having worked out a little bit more about us and the sort of property we would fall in love with, she took us to see the house that we now own. We fell in love immediately. The house was beyond our price range at that point but we were smitten and kept in touch regularly with Tracey. I always trusted she would let us know if other people showed a keen interest. So happy.
Tracey’s marketing is fantastic. The video was the key. I wasn’t sure but really trusted Tracey’s experience. I know it made a big difference. It found the right buyer, she negotiated a great price and within 3 weeks we’d exchanged contacts in a very difficult market. It wasn’t an easy sale for me, Tracey thank you.
