We made the colossal mistake of leasing a property through Melanie Schott who, initially came across as both friendly and helpful, however, after signing the lease, she stopped answering her phone, returning calls, responding to SMS’ and / or emails. When we were fortunate enough to receive a response to our emails, or have her attend the property, her dismissive, illogical and uneducated responses were far from what we, or any other reasonable person, would expect.
