We’ve sold with One Agency Forest Lake twice now. 2nd time round, we chose Isaac over the local agents and we wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Never used this real estate, however after receiving plenty of flyers via post shows this company does not give a rats ass about the environment. Stop contributing to wasted materials! Update from one week later: I received a further 2 more flyers in the post. Companies that unnecessarily waste should be named and shamed!
Adam Sargent was excellent. He wasn’t too pushy but was caring and helpful. He gave me a few tips about selling the house. He sold the house within 3-4 days and I didn’t have to pay for the advertising. Adam managed to get the “suburb record” price wise. If I asked a question…..say “if the buyer wanted some pot plants left” he promptly came back to me. I recommend Adam ……he was friendly and had nice calm manner about him

Selling a house in Brisbane when you live almost 400km away I thought was going to be a nightmare......how wrong was I. Isaac from One Agency was amazing to deal with, totally professional, understanding, easy to talk to and communicate with. Prompt replies to questions and nothing was a problem. If I buy a house in Brisbane ever again this is the guy I'll be looking for.
