I was given incorrect information by the agent including whether pets were allowed. I was also forced to be in touch with a broker which I did not request and was contacted multiple times to re-confirm that my offer had been withdrawn for reasons I had clearly stated multiple times. Do not reccommend.

We actually felt in shock with the service of Issac. After the open home inspection, we approached him to express our interest. But most of the time he ignored our enquiries and questions about the property and purchase process and he didnt follow up much disappointingly like no one in the agency responding . We have been dealing with multiple agents for the past 5 years. The agency was not as good as we expected. The staff was even much more responsive and attentive than the owner.
