Loved working with Scott and Teigan! The whole process from start to finish was so easy and it didn’t feel like I was “another number”. We ended up getting more for our property than expected and I believe it was down to Scott handling the two keen buyers for us. Will be using them again if ever the time comes
I was disappointed with the level of representation I received throughout the sale process.. Scott’s negotiating skills were noticeably lacking, and at times it felt as though he was working more in the buyer’s favour than mine as the vendor. Instead of advocating strongly for my interests, he often accepted the buyer’s position without pushing back or exploring better outcomes for me.
One Agency delivers advertising material to mailboxes clearly marked as not accepting. Wasteful and ignorant
Scott is refreshingly honest. He gave great feedback for ways we could add value to our house.
