We have been dealing with one agency for a number of years, we have found them thorough & efficient , a very professional company, With an eye on detail, Highly Recommended. Lyn & Michael, Shoalhaven.
We have only rented this property for a short time but have found One Agency Elite Property Group Jervis Bay very easy to deal with. We had a plumbing issue over the Christmas break, and we were able to arrange a plumber from their preferred trades list. The plumbers came out within a couple of hours and helped us. One Agency were quick to follow up on return and ensure we were looked after.
Very unsatisfied with the end of my lease experience with Kristie-Anne & One agency. Lots of nickle and dimming re the exit clean. Tried repeatedly to claim fair wear and tear as damage. Did not fix the leak in garage. Poor.
